FAQ, question for Nurihaus
Nurihaus ships to the following countries:
United States, Australia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan.
Nurihaus partnered with UPS worldwide to satisfy our customers worldwide.
All Nurihaus orders are shipped from South Korea. We try our best to ship out packages within 3 business days but depending on the inventory status, the process may take longer. Normally once the package leaves our warehouse, it takes 3-10 days to arrive at the destination.
Customs policies vary widely, so please contact your local customs office for further details. Duties and taxes depending on your country's customs laws. Please be aware that Nurihaus is not responsible for additional customs. The tax exemption limit is different according to arriving countries.
Once the order ships out, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can also find the shipping information at My Account > My Orders. In cases of invalid addresses or uncleared customs, packages are to be sent back to the sender. We do not take responsibility for invalid addresses, so please double-check your shipping information before making your payment.
If your package is being returned to Korea, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our team will try our best to help you out with the refund process. Please contact us via email, email@example.com. Nurihaus only accepts returns and exchanges for the products purchased on our website (http://www.nurihaus.com).
All credit card transactions are charged upon order approval. Any amount owed for canceled items will be refunded via the original payment method once the order has been fully shipped.
To go through the refund and return process, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org first.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the initial shipping fee.
(Make sure to include your order number, product code, and reason for return.)
Your return cannot be processed if:
* the item's tags/labels are removed or used (applicable to defective items).
* you ship your item without prior notice.
* the package is missing some components from the original package.
Unfortunately, product exchanges are not available at this time. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, please return the item and place a new order. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Once the package is shipped out from our warehouse, it is hard to change or cancel your order. If the order is not shipped out yet and you want to make changes/cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will try our best to support you.
Defects / Missing items
If the item is defective/damaged, we will undoubtedly accept returns or exchanges of the items. Please contact Nurihaus Customer Service via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Things will be much easier if you include the order number and pictures of the item. We will guide you through the steps. If the item was damaged from transit, please take pics of the packing supplies as origin state(boxes, fillings, etc.) If there are missing items in your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Our customer service and investigation team will support you with the process.

For a safe payment process, we recommend you to use Paypal for the payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, no worries. You can still make payments through Paypal without any sign ups.
You will not be charged local taxes when you make an order. According to the receiving country's importing law, you may or may not be charged for taxes upon arrival of domestic customs. Please also note that Nurihaus does not have any control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. If you want to find out more about the import customs, please contact your local customs office for detailed information.
